1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Abondo app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Abondo is a mobile app that helps you manage and track your subscriptions. The app includes:

  • Tracking of your existing subscriptions
  • Renewal reminders
  • Insights into your subscription spending
  • Premium features via subscription

3. Subscriptions and Payments (iOS)

Abondo offers premium subscriptions via In‑App Purchase on iOS. The following terms apply:

  • Billed via Apple: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage/Cancel: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto‑renew in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
  • Renewal charge: Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Free trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies. Please use Apple’s Report a Problem tool.
  • Price/Duration: Price and duration are clearly displayed in the app before confirming the purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app as intended, not attempt to bypass security, not use it for illegal purposes, and respect intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The Abondo app and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use our trademarks without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Abondo is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. See: privacy.

9. Apple Standard EULA

Use of the app on iOS is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA for App Store apps: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

10. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your active subscription using the “Restore Purchases” feature (if available), with the same Apple ID.

11. Relation with Apple

Apple is not responsible for support or maintenance of Abondo. For purchase issues, contact Apple support.
